Benno Reichel wins 2x silver in canoeing at the German Championships

Benno Reichel (SG Lauenhain, 18 years old) and his teammate Richard Walla (SC DHfK Leipzig, 17 years old) showed a convincing performance last Saturday with the German runner-up title in the K2 200m.
The two found each other and started training together during the summer vacations. Right from the start, they agreed that it would be a tough job. They were able to celebrate their reward for this hard work in the competition by winning the runner-up title at the German Championships.
On the same day, Benno was able to enjoy the title of German runner-up over 200m in the K1.
