Liebherr LB28 back from England on time ahead of Brexit

On December 23, just before Christmas, our drilling rig LB28-320 returned on time from the construction site of our customer Züblin in Hull, England. The machine was used there for several weeks and was able to finish the work as planned. At the time, there was no agreement between the EU and the UK and it was somewhat uncertain how the customs clearance of the return would have been handled without a Brexit deal. With a view to further rentals in the UK, we are pleased that an agreement was reached at the last minute.
